Please allow 2-3 days after order is placed for order to process.

Please allow 5 days for apparel items to ship due to being made on demand.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged during shipping due to health protection and hygiene reasons. Please review your items in the cart before checking out. We will refund products damaged during shipping up to 7 days after you receive the product. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at wigginoutwithamy@gmail.com with details of the product.

Wrong Item

If you received wrong item (color, length, item) please contact us within 7 business days of receiving item(s) for us to investigate on the matter. We require you to take picture of the wrong item and e-mail it to one of our customer care representative to verify that you received wrong items. Once we verify that you receive wrong item we will e-mail you a USPS pre-paid return label for you to send the wrong item back to us.

1. We will ship out correct item once we verify that you have mailed out the incorrect item back to us

2. If you want to get refunded, we will refund once we receive the item and inspect it for product integrity.

3. If we don’t receive the wrong item within 7 calendar days of you contacting us, we will void out the USPS return label and reject the wrong item back to you.

Mail Theft Prevention

It is the customer's responsibility to receive the package(s) on the date of delivery. We are not responsible for the loss of the package that was confirmed as "delivered" by courier. If you don't have a secure place to receive packages, we recommend to do one of the followings to avoid being a victim of mail theft.

Have your deliveries sent to your work(or leasing office etc).
Rent a P.O. BOX to make sure your package stays secure at the post office.
Ship your package to your place of work. Usually, USPS/UPS workers deliver the package the package to your office or front desk.
